*£23.95 price is available to around 85% of the population and when paying by Direct Debit and receiving bills by e-mail. Other payment methods will incur a £1 fee. Paper bills cost an extra £1.50 a month to receive.
40GB standard allowance and unlimited broadband are only
available within eligible areas. If the 40GB service is not
available in your area, we will offer you a 20GB service for an

Inclusive 01, 02,03, 0845 and 0870 calls on the Evening and
Weekend and Anytime tariffs are free for the first 60 minutes.
After exceeding 60 minutes they will be billed at 7.6p per minute,
with a connection fee of 12.5p. Hang up after an hour and redial to
avoid being charged.
Calls to Lyca and other mobiles with numbers starting 074 are classified as FW7 and are not included in the Mobile calls bundle. Please check our list of call types to see if an 07 number is a mobile number or not.
Evenings are from 6:00pm to 7:59am the following morning. Weekends are from 12:00am Saturday until 11:59pm on Sunday.
Extras, excluding Unlimited broadband, are only available with the Standard package. Unlimited Broadband is subject to a fair use policy.
£21.95, 40GB Basic package is only available in enabled areas. If you live outside one of these, we will offer you something else.
Free wireless routers have a retail cost of £42.90; postage is
not included, please add £6 for delivery.
Usage over 40GB is charged at 50p per GB. If we have offered you
the 20GB service usage over 20GB will be charged at £1.50 per GB.
Services may be suspended in the unlikely event that 100GB is
reached in any month, so you can manage your broadband costs.
Line rental and broadband services have a minimum contract term of
18 months. 12 month contracts are available, with a setup fee of
£29.99. Line rental without broadband has a minimum contract term
of 30 days for transfers and restarts, or 12 months for new
installations.
Value Line Rental is for 12 months of line rental, and requires an
up front payment of £120. Payment is by credit or debit card only.
Please note the advance payment for Value Line Rental is
non-refundable unless you cancel within seven working days of
placing your order.
