An MPLS Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a secure private network using ADSL, SDSL, Ethernet or private circuits to provide an easy to manage VPN.

What is MPLS?

In an MPLS (Multiprotocol label switching) network, data packets are assigned labels. Packet-forwarding decisions are made solely on the contents of this label, without the need to examine the packet itself, saving the time needed for a router to look up the address to the next node to forward the packet to.
