Important Information

.co, .com, .net, .org, .biz or .info domain transfers
If you are transferring a .co .com, .net, .org, .biz or .info domain The Phone Co-op will arrange the transfer of your domain. The current admin contact for the domain will be sent an e-mail from our registrar asking them to approve the transfer. If you are not the admin contact for the domain, please ask the person who is to approve the transfer request when they receive it.

.co.uk, org.uk, ltd.uk, plc.uk or net.uk domain transfers
If you are transferring a .xx.uk domain to The Phone Co-op you must initiate the transfer process by contacting your current ISP (or other provider) to ask them to change the IPSTAG for the domain to PHONECOOP. Until this is complete, The Phone Co-op will not be able to fully complete the set-up of your services. .coop domain transfers
If you are transferring a .coop domain to The Phone Co-op please contact the holding ISP to make them aware that you want to transfer.
