Important Changes to Our Unlimited Service
During February we will be making some changes to a number of our unlimited broadband packages. If you are affected by these changes we have already contacted you to let you know.
In order to continue using the unlimited broadband service, you will need to make changes to your connection settings. If you do not do this, your connection will not work after the end of February.
You will need to make sure that your router is updated with the following settings:
- Connection Type : PPPoA
- VPI : 0
- VCI: 38
- Encapsulation : VC-MUX
We will also be issuing you with a username and password and importantly, your static IP addresses will change.
If we have supplied you with a pre-configured Technicolor router, we will be sending you a replacement router which has been pre-configured with the new settings.
If you don't use one of our Technicolor routers, you will need to enter the new username and password and the settings listed above.
If you are running services which rely on a static IP address such as mail servers, web servers, or VPNs etc, you must ensure that these are reconfigured with the new IP address details.
Your new service will remain an unlimited service and we will confirm your new details and changeover date in writing over the next few weeks.
If you have any questions at all about the change, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
We would like to apologise for the ongoing issues with our email service. We have begun a project to investigate alternative providers for all our email services and are working towards moving to a new email platform as soon as possible.
Some of our customers are experiencing issues sending email to Microsoft email addresses. One of our outgoing mail servers has been placed on a spam list, we are working to get this removed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
