2012 Annual General Meeting

The Phone Co-op’s AGM took place from 2.00pm to 4.00pm on Saturday 4 February 2012 at Chipping Norton School, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 5DY (View map).

Following the success of the informal workshop for members held in recent years, we held another one from 12 noon to 1pm on matters of topical interest.

Election of directors

The term of office of two of the seven serving directors of The Phone Co-op will came to an end at the AGM in February 2012, and there was an additional vacancy as one director stood down earlier in the year. Eight nominations were  received for the three positions available.
