AGM 2013
2013 Annual General Meeting
The Phone Co-op's AGM took place from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday 2 February 2013 at Chipping Norton School, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 5DY (View map).
Following the success of the informal workshops held in recent years, we held two this year. These covered our Customer Management Programme and Superfast Broadband and started at 12 noon.
A buffet lunch was available from 1pm and the meeting started at 2pm. We had three speakers attending the AGM this year - Maggie Cole, Director of Torrs Hydro New Mills Limited, Andy Walsh, General Manager of FC United of Manchester and Bob Burlton from Energy Saving Co-operative. They explained how their organisations have benefitted from our Co-operative and Social Economy Fund.
We had a full programme for the day and were glad that so many could come along and join us

Submission of notices of motion
The deadline for submission of notices of motions has now passed and no motions were received.
Board election
The term of office of two of the seven serving directors of The Phone Co-op will come to an end at the AGM in February 2013. Elections for their successors were held and the ballots were counted on 15 January. Mick Taylor and Robert Denbeigh were both elected to serve for three years.
