Creating an e-mail account: Apple Mail

Click on "File" and then "Add Account..."

Enter:

• Your name in the "Full Name" field.
• Your E-mail address in the "Email Address" field.
• Your Phone Co-op provided password in the "Password" field.

Click "Continue."

Enter:

• The name of the account in "Description."
• pop3.phonecoop.coop in the "Incoming Mail Server" field.
• Your Phone Co-op provided user name in the "User Name" field.

Click "Continue."

Enter mail.phonecoop.coop in the "Outgoing Mail Server" field, or smtp.adsl.coop if your broadband user name ends with @adsl.coop.

Click "Continue."

Click "Connect."

Click "Create" and your e-mails will start downloading.
