Can I get broadband from you?
Almost everyone can get broadband now, and many can get one of our terrific packages. All you need to do is enter your postcode and phone number in the "What can I get?" box on our Home page to find out what speeds you line can support.
Actually, no. Any number of devices can access the internet, from mobile phones to game consoles.
Do I get a free router?
Take out one of our packages and we'll send you a wireless router that will let you connect from anywhere within range, with no wires.
What are your download limits?
You deserve broadband with no limits. All of our current packages are completely unlimited. We do have a Fair Use Policy however, to help us ensure everyone gets the same great service at all times.
