Can I use you if I've got a cable line?We can't take over your line rental, or supply broadband if you've got a cable line, but you can still use our great low-cost call tariffs. What do I do if my line doesn't work?Our smart and friendly customer service team will talk you through some simple troubleshooting, and if that doesn't help, they'll report a fault. An engineer will get to work in a jiffy. We'll even divert your calls to another number until the problem's fixed. |
