They cannot be put back on the shelves, but are inspected and tested and offered for resale at a reduced price. Refurbished phones may exhibit some small cosmetic flaws, and may not come in their original packaging. They will, however, be working fully and have a 12 month guarantee. What is your returns policy?Any phones that are faulty within 10 days can be returned for credit, they must be complete and in resaleable condition.
