How can I become a mobile customer?

Just visit our order page to complete the sign up process.


How long is the contract?

30 days is the minimum contract length, but take a 24 month contract and we'll give you a free Nokia.


Does your service come with a free phone?

Sign up to a 24 month contract to get a free Nokia and make calls and send texts with ease.


Can I keep my phone if I switch to you?

Any handset can use our service, but you may need to get yours unlocked if it's been provided by another network.

Can I keep my number if I switch to you?

Keeping your number is no trouble whatsoever - you just need to get a PAC code from your current supplier.


What are the call charges?

Bundles start at £10 for 100 minutes and unlimited texts. Calls made outside the bundle cost 20p per minute. Or pay as you use from as little as 4p per minute.

Data is just 7.2p per MB, or bundle customers can get an add-on of 1000MB for £9 a month.

How do I set up my phone?

Buy a phone from us, and it will be ready to use when you receive it.

Other models can be set up "over the air". Let us know what model you have, and we'll send you a text with your settings.

My phone's been stolen, what do I do?

To report a stolen phone to us, please call customer services on 0845 458 9000 (Mon-Fri 09:00-19:00), or 0845 458 9072 (after 19:00 and at weekends).
