About Package Availability

Our great value £23.95 package is available to anyone who lives in an LLU enabled area - that's about 85% of the population, mostly in large towns and cities.

LLU, which stands for Local Loop Unbundling refers to the process that involves BT handing control of the “last mile” of its network – the copper cables between the exchange and your home, to other providers, like us.

As a result we get to offer different line and broadband services – usually faster and cheaper – than BT provide.

Exchanges are being "unbundled" all the time, so if LLU services aren't yet available in your area, they could be soon. Use our service checker to find out which options you'll get.

Go to our main packages page.

What's the difference?

Local Loop Unbundling means we can provide great value bundles, and broadband speeds of up to 24Mbps.

However, because BT no longer have any control over unbundled lines, some products that require BT lines to work aren't available.

The affected products are:

  • Call Sign.
  • Smart Divert.
  • Cost Code Billing.

Cable lines

If you currently have a cable line you will probably need a new line and new phone number if you want to use our package. It will also take longer for your new services to go live.

You can find out if our service can be provided from your exchange by using the checker on our order page.
