Some of our prices are changing

The following rates and charges will apply from 1 February 2012

The Anytime calling tariff will be reduced from £6.95 to £4.95 a month.

Line rental will be going up from £11.69 to £12.50.

Broadband with evening and weekend calls will be £11.45 – so our combined calls, broadband and line rental package remains at £23.95.

NEW Value Line Rental gives you rental for a whole year for a one-off charge of £120 (equivalent to £10 a month – saving you £30 a year on rental).

The rate for daytime calls will be going up from 4.85p to 7.6p per minute.

The connection charge for calls not included within your package will be going up from 9.09p to 10.9p.

Daytime calls to mobiles on the 3 network will be reduced to 14.8p per minute.

Evening and weekend mobile calls to all networks will be 9.95p per minute.

There will be a £1.50 charge for all customers who receive paper bills.

We will be introducing a £6 postage charge for our free wireless routers.

The following tariffs and packages are being discontinued, and all the customers using them will be put on one of our current services (see below to see how your monthly payment will be affected - most will be going down!):

• 1p Evening and Weekend and 1p Anytime.
• Free Evening and Weekend and Free Anytime.
• Global Connect Evening and Weekend and Global Connect Anytime.
• ADSL Max 10GB Package.
• ADSL Max 20GB Package.
• Free Evening and Weekend Saver and Free Anytime Saver.
• Global Connect Evening and Weekend Saver and Global Connect Anytime Saver.

Your new services will include more free calls and, for anyone currently on the ADSL Max 10GB Package, twice as much broadband allowance.

• Global 50 Bolt-On.
• Global 100 Bolt-On.

Anyone with a Global Bolt-On will have the International Calls Add-On added to their services so they will continue to receive free calls to international destinations.
