Creating an e-mail account: Windows Mail

Start Windows Mail. Click on "Tools" in the menu bar and then go to "Accounts..."

This brings up the "Internet Accounts" pop-up window. Click on the "Add" button.

Click on "E-mail Account."

Enter your name in the "Display Name" field and click on the "Next" button.

You'll now be asked for your e-mail address. Enter the full e-mail address and click "Next."

Enter

• pop3.phonecoop.coop for your incoming mail server address.
• mail.phonecoop.coop for your outgoing mail server address, or smtp.adsl.coop if your broadband user name ends with @adsl.coop.

Click "Next."

Enter your e-mail username in the "E-mail username" field and your e-mail password in the "Password" field. Click "Next."

Click on the "Finish" button to complete your account set-up. Any e-mails that are waiting to be read will start to download.
