Our members voted in favour of the Transfer of Engagement to Midcounties Co-operatives in April 2018. From June the 1st 2018, we are merging with The Midcounties Co-operative, one of the largest co-operatives in the UK with a £1.9b turnover and a large portfolio of businesses including Co-op Energy.
