How can I switch my line rental to you?
Switching your line rental, or even installing a new line couldn't be easier.
What are your call plans?
Our basic call plan includes weekend calls, but you can add daytime and evening calls, mobile calls and international calls to your monthly plan.
What calling features are available?
Don't be a slave to your phone - make it work for you with one of our calling features. Add 1571 answer services, Call Waiting, Ring Back, or Call Diversion.
Are you really cheaper than BT?
With so many packages on the market, it's hard to do a like-for-like comparison, but we think we offer excellent value against the likes of BT and Virgin Media.
Can I use you if I've got a cable line?
We can't take over your line rental, or supply broadband if you've got a cable line, but you can still use our great low-cost call tariffs.
What do I do if my line doesn't work?
Our smart and friendly customer service team will talk you through some simple troubleshooting, and if that doesn't help, they'll report a fault. An engineer will get to work in a jiffy. We'll even divert your calls to another number until the problem's fixed.
