How can I become a mobile customer?
Just visit our mobile page to complete the sign up process.
How long is the contract?
30 days is the minimum contract length, but take a 24 month contract and you'll be able to get a smartphone included in your bundle.
Can I keep my number if I switch to you?
Keeping your number is no trouble whatsoever - you just need to get a PAC code from your current supplier and then fill in our form here.
Does your service come with a free phone?
Sign up to a 24 month contract to get a free smartphone and make calls and send texts with ease.
Can I keep my phone if I switch to you?
Any handset can use our service, but you may need to get yours unlocked if it's been provided by another network.
How do I set up the Internet and MMS on my phone?
Your phone should detect an internet connection automatically, but if not, settings can be sent by text, so you don't have to do anything.
Is the service 4G?
All new connections have access to 4G. If you signed up before July 2016 you may need to activate 4G. Depending on how long you have been a customer, you may also need a new SIM card.
Can I get help using my phone?
Use our handset guides to find out how to do all sorts of things on your phone, such as send and receive text messages, set up email, create contacts and install applications.
What are the call charges?
Bundles start at £8 for 200 minutes and unlimited texts, when you bring your own phone. Calls made outside the bundle cost 20p per minute. Or pay as you use from as little as 4p per minute. The access charge for calls to 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers is 21p per minute.
My phone's been stolen, what do I do?
To report a stolen phone to us, please call customer services on 01608 434 000 (Mon-Fri 08:00-21:00, Sat 09:00-15:00), or 01608 434 072 (all other times).
