The issue impacting email relating to a SSL certificate appearing intermittently on our web server continues.
If you receive this security warning when opening your mail application (we have seen it effect mostly Mozilla Thunderbird and Mac Mail) the following steps should help you resolve the problem:
- Click show or Download certificate
- Tick the tick box that says 'remember my security exception'
- Press connect
- Enter your computer password if prompted.
