Following a recent update to our Webmail system, some users can't view their folders under the heading 'My Folders'. If this occurs, you may need to update your web browser or use an alternate one e.g. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of browsers often cause compatibility issues on websites, as well as security risks, so it is best practice to do this.
