Dial-up access

Unfortunately The Phone Co-op no longer offers a Dial Up Internet Service.

The Phone Co-op offers alternative ways to access the Internet  including ADSL, mobile broadband and Superfast fibre broadband with extensive coverage across the country. Please visit this link to see what services are available for you.

Some users on Mac Mail and Thunderbird are experiencing a problem with the SSL certificate reporting an identity mismatch. This is due to a certificate for the email hosting platform being renewed and previously made exceptions no longer being valid. Applying the security exemption again will solve the problem.

For Thunderbird users, when the warning pops up ensure that the checkbox next to 'Permanently store this exemption' is ticked and then click on 'Confirm Security Exemption.'

For Mac Mail users, when the warning pops up click on 'Show Certificate' and towards the bottom click on the arrow next to 'Trust.' This should expand the menu and show an option for 'When using this certificate' with a drop down menu next to it. From the drop down menu select 'Always Trust' and click on 'Connect.' You may then be prompted to enter you system password.
