On 23 August 2016 we implemented a change to our email infrastructure, to help recipients identify them as legitimate, not spam. 

This declares that your email is only legitimate when it comes from our mail hosts, and emails from anywhere else are more likely to be spam.  This is called Sender Policy Framework.

This is only one factor in how spam is judged - so we can't ever guarantee that your mail will be delivered, but this will help.

For those customers who send any email via other servers, which use your Phone Coop email address as the source, those emails will appear less legitimate.  If you are having problems with third party systems like email lists, please consult them about the best configuration from their email system.
