Our Standard Care service is free with all landline packages. Report a fault, and we aim to have it fixed before the end of the second working day after the day you inform us. And when we say we'll ring you back, we will.
If your phone line is your life line, then with High Care we aim to fix all faults within 12 hours. With High Care you can report a fault 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. High Care costs £6 a month.
