The Small Print

Broadband

Our Broadband introductory offer from £22 per month is available to new customers for the first 12 months of the service, and existing customers taking a phone and broadband package for the first time.

Price after 12 months will be £27 including line rental and broadband. This is available to around 95% of the population and when paying by Direct Debit and receiving bills by e-mail. Other payment methods will incur a £1.20 fee. Paper bills cost an extra £1.90 a month to receive. £27 is an amalgamated cost based on line rental at £17 and unlimited broadband at £10.

If you live outside of the area served by the standard package, we will offer you the same service for an extra £7.50 a month. 

Free wireless routers have a retail cost of £50. Postage is not included; delivery costs £6, will be added to your order and requires an upfront payment.

Superfast Fibre

Our Superfast Fibre introductory offer from £28 is available to new customers for the first 24 months of the service, and existing customers taking a phone and broadband package for the first time. 

This Superfast Fibre is available to customers within our standard network area and when paying by Direct Debit and receiving bills by e-mail. 

Other payment methods will incur a £1.20 fee. Paper bills cost an extra £1.90 a month to receive. 

The no router discount is not available on Superfast fibre, as you will need an new router to connect to the service.

We recommend existing Phone Co-op Superfast Fibre customers out of contract to reuse their old router to encourage reducing e-waste.

Broadband is subject to a fair use policy. Broadband has a minimum contract term of 12 months. Superfast Fibre has a minimum contract term of 24 months. 

Managed install requires a engineer visit. The engineer will replace the faceplate on your line's master socket, position your router and test the connection. Managed install has a £78 set up charge which will be added to your order and requires an upfront payment.

Calls to Lyca mobiles are not included in the 100 or 300 UK Mobile minutes bundles.

For billing purposes all call durations are rounded up to the nearest minute, unless you have the No call connection charge addon, where they are calculated per second.

Evenings are from 6:00pm to 7:59am the following morning. Weekends are from 12:00am Saturday until 11:59pm on Sunday.

Value Line Rental is for 12 months of line rental, and requires an upfront payment of £180. Payment is by credit or debit card only. Please note the advance payment for Value Line Rental is non-refundable unless you cancel within seven working days of placing your order. Value Line Rental is a recurring annual charge and the price may change, or the service be withdrawn, before renewal. Prices correct as 01.08.2017, all residential prices include VAT.
