When ordering a port for new connections, we normally allow time for your SIM to be delivered to you. We cannot arrange to port your number onto our Pay As You Go service until you have received and activated your Phone Co-op Pay As You Go SIM. This ensures you do not lose service. If you already have an active Phone Co-op SIM card, we can port your number in 3-5 working days.
